Transparent ruby color. Cherry, raspberry, creamy, cheese, yogurt, melon. I expected Tavel is bold but way smooth and softer than my expectation. More tannic and bodied than typical rose. Very creamy on the palate like an yogurt. Red flower. Good rose.
